They made is to easy ! And they were more than fair with their prices. I had shopped other places, and gotten quotes on pieces I was ready to sell, so I had an idea of the approx. worth of my jewelry. Easy process! 11/2/2011

I had an easy and fun experience after I got over the fact that I was unloading my sentimental 14 karat jewelry from the 80's. They tell you what you have and there is no compulsion to sell ANYTHING. I was surprised however how little sterling silver is worth, but they still pay the most. I had a great experience with Patrick but all of the professionals at Bellevue Rare coins seem to be honest and respectable. Will return with my mom! more

Bellevue Coins was great!! 10/30/2011

I recently visited Bellevue Coins for the first time, after hearing many great things. I brought some old broken gold jewelry and some old coins in to try and sell. Sales associate Chase Carpenter walked me through the process and made things very easy and I was very pleased with the results. Chase was very polite and helpfull. The Best Coin Dealer! 10/24/2011

This place is awesome! The people here are very professional & knowledgeable. My siblings & I inherited a coin collection that our dad left to us, and needed to get a detailed appraisal so that we can divvy up the collection as fairly as possible, between the 5 of us siblings. We brought the whole lot of coins in, and a young man named Chase Carpenter very patiently helped us put a value (and a sticker) on each & every coin, so that we could divide the collection evenly & fairly. He was very helpful & friendly, and quite knowledgeable. He's the best! Thank you for the Excellent customer service! We will definitely spread the word about this place! more

I am have dealing in coins for a long time and know a lot about them. Therefore I do not like to deal with many dealers around here that just blow smoke up you butt. I came in here and was told by some fellow coin collectors to ask for Ryan. I was surprised how young he was but man, this kid is a coin genius. He really knows his stuff and he is a very personable guy. I am looking forward to building my collection with him helping me and he is able to find any kind of coin you want. The store was very nice and everyone was friendly. They pay a good price for stuff you want to sell too. I sold some coins and gold and had researched exactly what it was worth and they didn't try to lowball me. Highly recommended, more

Awesome customer service! 10/19/2011

I was referred by a family member to west Seattle coin originally. once i found out there was a closer location owned by the same people i was pretty happy. when i finally made it into the Bellevue location i was so impressed. anyone who has been to both would know why. its about 10 times the size and everyone at both of the two locations that i go to are very knowledgeable. I was helped by Patrick Richey. he explained everything to me. i didn't understand how the priced us silver currency so he wrote everything out and did the math about three times! I went into this shop not knowing much about coins, but I knew enough to talk about. I was helped by a young man, Chase Carpenter, who was very outgoing and a gentleman. He explained the process of coins with no rush and showed me around the shop. I didn't make a purchase, however, I will be returning to by some coins because of the great customer service. I was helped a little while ago by Jason here and he was great. He spent a lot of time helping me and went over everything with me and was very honest. What a nice store, they had coffee and snacks and everyone was very friendly. Go see them when you want to sell some gold. more

Best prices 10/9/2011

We have made a few trips to this shop and have been very pleased every time. First the appearance is very clean and set up in a very uncluttered manner. I think their main part of business is buying materials, but they do sell various items which are displayed in easy to see cabinets. My least favorite thing when browsing is having to look through clutter, I get overwhelmed and don't want to buy anything. more

Great deal on my old gold!! 9/19/2011

I went in here with a bag of old junk jewelry thinking it wouldn't be worth that much. The nice man named Jason helping me took the time to weigh everything carefully and showed me how much it weighed and how much they were paying. Very honest and they paid top dollar! My bag of junk was worth over $1000!! Very happy about that, will be going back with more stuff!! Very smart staff, honest and a nice store. more
