Worst customer service ever. NO RETURNS- they will kindly ""circle this one your receipt"" AFTER you've purchased the items instead of informing you prior. WILL NOT BILL INSURANCE-also inform you of this AFTER your purchase. EVASIVE AND MANIPULATIVE SALES- should be up-front about billing and insurance. Even after confronting them as I observed another customer purchase an item and no mention of the ""return policy"" was made, they denied being uninformative or sneaky. Condescending sales staff- I denied having edema- they thought I was uneducated (I'm an ICU RN) and said, ""You don't have any swelling?"" NO... Just give me what I asked for! When I tried to return my purchase (having bought a replacement at Kirk's all the way in Olympia for quality service, insurance billing, and returns), they charged me a 30% ""restocking"" fee for not having the original receipt (I have baby brain, clearly) and said perhaps if it hadn't been ""special order"", they would have charged less. Funny thing is, I DIDN'T ""special order""- it was pulled right from their wall and I offered to place it back there myself as the item was clearly never opened or used. Also, I'm 7 months pregnant and asked to use their restroom and was offered Subway a few stores down... Seriously?! Essentially they stole my time and money and not only will I never be returning there, I will be sure to pass this information on to my fellow health-care workers and doctor's office so they can prevent others from having this experience! more

amazing Allcare has so many kinds of high quality sports braces - the quality you just won't see anywhere else! I work for orthopedic surgeons, last week after I injured my knee, my bosses said ""go to Allcare"". I did, now I'm wearing a strong metal hinged brace. The pain mostly gone and I can keep working my 10 hours shift! more

After shopped around in Bellevue and Redmond, and compared prices with major chain stores, I found Allcare's stuff to be the highest quality and best price. I got a well made shower seat and toilet raiser, a sturdy walker, and some other stuff ... all at once. Their devices cost much less than the other medical supply place (even less than Big-Box store), but theirs quality is way much better. I'm a PT and I was late on Tuesday because I was running around town looking for stuff my Mom's doctor told me to get. She fell and I had this huge list of stuff to get and Christmas shopping to do. So I'm running late and I call Allcare and this lady answers. So polite. I was freaking out about all these things and she walked me through everything step by step. I got everyting I needed in one store. No hassel. I got this cute little shower seat from them. And they had like 5 different kinds or something. What a selection. And then I found these Superfeet shoe inserts for my daughter. The lady there was so patient and so helpful, I will always go back! Pros: They have everything my doctor told me to get more

I am a runner and I hurt my knee 3 years ago. I have been buying and trying all kinds of knee braces from pharmacies, sports stores, and even doctor's office, I ended up with a big pile of junks - none of them really worked or lasted. I complained to my doctor. He then wrote down on Rx a place to go: ""Allcare"" in Bellevue. My doctor said that's the only place you need to go. My boyfriend and I went and found Allcare in Bellevue (they are in a small shopping center next to Wholefoods, just across street from Overlake Hospital). We went in, showed the lady works there my doctor wrote for me. She quickly pulled two braces off a big shelf (they have all kinds of braces). She fitted on me, then let me walk around and bend knee to feel it - bingo! I knew within a few seconds it's the right one! My boyfriend and I were surprised by how quick and easy to finally get it right, and we were so impressed by the fine quality of the product - you just never saw something that nice and that fine in regular pharmacy or even high end specialty sports stores. My new knee brace looks great, it's so cool and trendy, it has (or I have) attracted so much attention from my running mates since I got this new ""fashion"" piece. I am very happy with it. If you ever need high quality sports braces, don't need to waste time drive around, Allcare is THE PLACE TO GO, just like my doctor said. I will tell my doctor that he is right! I've been going to this place for 10 years and they've never disappointed me. They've helped my mom with wheelchairs and now I go to them for these socks that my doctor wants me to wear. The lady that works there has helped every single time. Don't listen to what these other people say. It's obvious that they have serious issues to deal with. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and I always get what I need at a good price. I can't begin to tell you how many other places have screwed up my order. That's why I don't go anywhere else. They stopped renting those chairs a long time ago...\r \r It's really disappointing to be lied to by a local company! I have three bids on my desk as I write, I simply wanted another one.
