After being ripped, clipped, and lied to by the bigger firms in the city, what a breath of fresh air !\r \r This guy has done many things for me.\r He is prompt\r He is good\r He is friendly\r He is reasonable\r He is honest\r \r Would I reccomend him to friends?\r \r Already have\r \r Man I wish I had found him sooner.\r I wish all my repair people were THIS good ! more

if you want to get raked call this plumber. he spent 45 minutes on my mother's condo. she is 84 years old. he simply reconnected a main water line under the sink which took him a total of 45 minutes then waited another 20 minutes because he said the glue had to dry before turning the water on. then popped me for $250 for right at an hour's work.. it is partially my fault, i had him bid on another job and he was about 45% higher than the 2 other bids. yeah, you got the job one time but you will not get a repeat. nice guy, oh yeah, got his hand deep in your pocket, yes, would i refer him, no. will ever use him again, no. i am going back to holt plumbing, i am staying with holt plumbing. if he can live with charging someone $250 an hour and doing about 45 minutes work and he can live with - more power to him. but he has got my last dime. more

Very happy with our Bellevue First Plumbing experiences. We've used Mr. Costa twice for common kitchen and bathroom plumbing issues. Both times, he has been on time, extremely pleasant and affordable. My husband was not here the second time he came, and I felt very comfortable with him in my house. He's very kind, quick and helpful.\r \r Only reason I'd not rate him a 5 star rating is because I've read on angieslist that he is not licensed. He did not claim that he was licensed, we simply never asked.\r \r He was here around 45 minutes and unclogged one toilet, and changed flappers on all three toilets. He charged us $110.\r \r My recommendation? Absolutely call him for small jobs. For more labor intensive or complicated plumbing issues, consider a licensed plumber or I might recommend getting some references before hiring him\r \r more
