Strange Place 6/20/2018

It was more expensive than quoted (I was told my exam would be $99, but it ended up being around $130). It was also an issue that we went back in the room with our daughter who didn’t know what to expect which we thought was really bizarre. The exams seemed accurate and the doctor was nice, but the atmosphere with the staff was odd. We will not be back. more

Clean, Modern, Friendly &'Knowledgeable 11/19/2016

Dr Ritzel & staff provide an outstanding facility along with highly professional, friendly service. I have always been overwhelmed when I leave their facility after a visit. Everyone is always a little reluctant going to a Doctor's appointment. However, Dr Ritzel's staff have always answered any questions I have and are so knowledgeable during the pre-exams. Dr Ritzel is the best Optometrist I have had care for my eyes. He is knowledgeable of all diseases of the eyes. When I needed eye surgery, he set up my appointment with the surgeon, and after the surgery, took over my eye care after I finished with the surgeon. Dr Ritzel is there when you need him. I would not trust any other Doctor with my eye care. Nick Nicholson more
