I wanted to escrow quickly. As an agent I was pleasantly surprised with the manner with which the transaction was completed.\r My commission check was prepared at the close of escrow, the paperwork was ready the day I opened escrow. Closed earlier than we noted. No gliches. I would definitely use this escrow and refer it to others.\r Can't imagine what happened in the other transaction but in 08 they are great. \r Pros: Cash transaction, had escrow papers same day. Cons: None. more

do not use this escrow company!!! I have used them twice, and twice they suck in everything! they are unfriendly, rude, dont answer messages very often, they dont communicate with me when there is a problem with a transaction... they are one of the worst escrow company I have ever used!!! Pros: none! Cons: unfriendly, don't call back more
