If there was a way for me to give this place less than one star I would. I have had numerous accounts with this credit union over the years and it has caused some of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. Their people DON'T CARE about you as a consumer. One of the many problems I have dealt with is they charge their customers fees because if you have an account at another bank (*gasp*the horror!!) and try to pay your car payment you are forced to wait unitl after the payment is due to pay. Brilliant, right?? This isTHEIR system limitation. Sign up for an auto loan and try to pay with another bank account and you will see what I mean. They will find any excuse to charge you fees and then their rude customer service reps tell you it's your fault paying late even though their system forced you too. After my last 3 hour conversation (with mutiple transfers, rude reps, and complete lack of customer service) I immediately applied at another institiution where my excellent credit and business were appreciated. Be smart, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I work as a manager for a Call Center in the bank industry so it's not like I am not kind and understanding when dealing with issues over the phone, however, I was appalled at the attitude of the reps they have working for them. They also constantly make mistakes on accounts. So watch your statements carefully if you decide to be brave and give these morons your cash.
