as with many dealers, you get the very nice salesman who takes care of you through the purchase of your new car. when you finally encounter the interior operations of the dealership you discover the underlying character or lack thereof. such was our case. once we encountered the service dept. the lying started. typical dirt bag service dept. they lie when telling the truth is better. it must in dealership service dna. still waiting for that promised call back from the GM. more

Great Dealer 3/18/2010

I have purchased three vehicles from this dealer. Best service I have ever seen from any dealer. I travel from Columbus to McDonough becuase they have great people and have always cared about customers. I saw comments on them being prejudice, LOL, I happen to be latino and they took great care of me. I would recommend them 100%. I have friends that I have recommended them and they too have been happy. Good Luck. more

Horrible Service 2/19/2010

These clowns are old and half asleep. They dont hide the fact they are not welcoming to people of ethnic race. They are pure idiots of the industry and should have been closed down last year. They have a reputation for screwing you badly and from personal exp. they are truly old school racist. The owner didnt even care his managers treat customers like pure crap. If your female stay away, you will be screwed. Buy Ford and trust my LEGACY FORD gave me superb customer service and I bought 2 cars cash money!!! BELLAMY SHOULD BE GONE IN THE NEXT 2 YEARS! more

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE, TOO OLD SCHOOL FOR ME 9/18/2009

I think that the dealership has horrible costumer service. I also believe that they are prejudice my husband and I went up there last month and the salesmen just completely ignored us, well after waiting up there for about an hour watching salesmen walk past us and greet the other costumers coming in we decided to leave, also I spoke with some friends and they received the same horrible service. NEVER AGAIN, AND I HOPE THOSE BUTTHEADS GO OUT OF BUSINESS more

Bellamy Strickland Automotive should be out of business 8/22/2009

Stay away from this dealership! Drove 30 miles to buy a car after salesman said it was available. Confirmed availability prior to leaving to drive down. Arrived 30 minutes later only to be told it was not available and never was available. There were no customers on the lot at all. Building is old and dated. Employees are also old - nothing new school about this place. I will not be surprised if Chevy cuts these guys loose shortly since this couldn't be the image GM or Chevy is looking to portray. more

I have bought two vehicles from this dealership and always had a great experience. My in-laws buy all of their vehicles from Bellamy as well. I get every oil change and all maintenance work done there and use the same mechanic and service writer. Great dealership! Great people! more

Best in the area 10/6/2008

Honest, trustworthy. Have all my vehichles maintained at this dealership. Feel confident sending my wife here alone and knowing she will not be taken advantage of. Great service, great employees. more
