The minute you step in, you are greeted with friendly, familiar faces. The girls at the desk are efficient (granted, it does get busy and there is a lot going on at the front desk). It is wise to make an appointment in advance, however, the desk girls are great at squeezing you in last minute. Ana is an amazing stylist, I would not trust anyone else with my color and cut!! At Orchard Hills, Lety and Angela is who you should see for an amazing facial. I am a regular, and they treat me as family, which is why I send everyone I know to Bellagio! more

I have an amazing stylist at Bellagio Harvard Place in irvine. JACKIE is great. Shes always so sweet, and has a smile on her face. She makes me feel important when I come see her, always trying to make me happy. I tried so many stylists before and no one could ever do my hair right. I was referred to Jackie by a friend and i am SO glad to of found her. I highly reccomend her to anyone and everyone! Pros: Jackie is great! I have never been so happy with her! I countdown to my spa/salon days at Bellagio! I walk in, instantly relax, and always leave looking terrific and feeling refreshed. The stylists and spa staff are very professional and friendly. So, I am a new doctor and wanted a new look for my career. I wanted something that would look professional in the office but could work when I go out as well. For my first cut, I told Adriana that I wanted a look that I could use for work and to play. I told her it was in her hands and she could do whatever she thought would work. I put my hair in a professionals hands and she nailed it, I am so happy with my new look. I have more confidence seeing patients and acquaintances. She already has plans to straighten my hair when I go in this weekend and I know it is going to come out great! Never again will I take for granted who is cutting my hair. I needed a little relaxation but like most people, I am on a budget nowadays! I searched online and found Bellagio's website. It was very easy to navigate and the Total Relaxation Package caught my eye. I went in for a facial with Natalya who is very pleasant and did a fantastic job. She took her time with the cleansing and I couldn't even tell where she did extractions. Next I had Julie for a massage which was relaxing and much needed. She listened to exactly what I requested for pressure and worked out every spot that was bothering me. After my treatments I sat in their steam room for about 20 mins and had a cup of tea. I think I spent a little over $200 with tips for 2 1/2 hrs to be pampered. This was a wonderful find and I will definitely be back! Pros: Very clean, organized, quiet, by the beach more

I disagree with the last review as I have been going to Bellagio for years. The service is awesome and the gal at the front desk always fits me in even if I call on short notice and need my hair done. They are by far the Best salon in the OC. I recommend Ricca or Julie for Massage. They are both Great! And for hair I would recomend Jennifer. SHe is awesome! Pros: Service, Massage therapist, Salon itself is very high end Cons: none that I can think of more

I love this place. It is close to my house so it is convenient. My waxing lady uses the blue wax for bikinni so it is not painful. She is the best. her name is Autumn. I highly recommend her and this salon. Pros: Great location, staff, affordable more

I finally found an excellent place close to my house for my hair and highlights. SORAYA did an AMAZING job and my hair cut. She listen to what I wanted and did exactly that. I had many hair stylist but Heidi is one of the best. I will recommend her and continue to cut my hair by her. She listens to your concerns, and does what you ask.
