I used to go to Bella Vita all the time when they were located on 4th Avenue; I had been going there since I was about 11 or 12 years old. I had been out of Yuma for about 6 years and decided to track it back down and see if it was still good...It used to be the best pizza in town, now, it tastes like some sort of frozen thing at best. The dough was chewy and tasted like pasta, the cheese was really rubbery. My brother ordered bruschetta and got some stale garlic bread with tomatoes and cheese on it. Last I checked that's not bruschetta. I ordered a gin and tonic and got a gin with selzer water...no lime....It was absolutely terrible. I ended up apologizing to everyone because I had talked it up as ""the best pizza ever"" and got what was probably the worst pizza I ever had. I used to love that place, the old Italian family, no frills, just good food. Now they're trying their very best to dress it up and make it a ""classy joint"", but the food definitely is suffering. I was very disappointed.
Pros: You won't have to wait for a table because the place is dead, perhaps I should've taken that as an omen
Cons: Everything...blah
