I live here and the new Management sucks. They do not take care of the people that live here. Everyday there is a new policy no walking dogs without a bag in hand, tags on your car cannot be 1 day expired or you will be towed. Mold is your own problem, and if it is not handled, you get evicted. Parking for people who live here sucks...I have one stalled assigned to me and it is four buildings away and I have a small child. The ""Security"" gates are never in working condition. They do not work with you should you fall on hard times....eviction on the 3rd! Nothing is allowed on YOUR patio except a chair. No BBQ Grills, satelites are okay if you have a tripod. They gave residents less 1 day notice to remove all property Bikes, grills, chairs, pet holders) from patios. People will come home tonight after a long days work to a note on their door that things need to be removed by the morning. They enter into your home without 24-48 hours notice. And sometimes never give you notice. Its crazy. The rent is going up at a crazy rate...They do not have any compassion...People that have been here for years are moving out because the management does not care abut the PEOPLE...just rules.
