I can show her a picture or tell her what I'm wanting, and I ALWAYS leave the salon with exactly what I want. She is kind and really listens and will give honest advice. If you don't need a certain product or treatment, she isn't going to force it on you. She genuinely cares about her clients and is more interested in giving you exactly what you want and making a lifetime client than getting a sale. Without question, best hair stylist I've ever had. The entire salon is great, as well. I've been to both locations on Fayetteville Street and Studio location off Hwy 55. Everyone is always so friendly and courteous and it's great to see stylists working together to train and coach each other or offer advice. Give Bella Trio a try, you won't go anywhere else after your first visit! more

Jodi at hwy55 location is the best! I have been going to her since 2008, always precise. Today due to some obligation I got a hair cut somewhere else, it was so horrible. My bangs were cut as though a 2 yr old had scissors. I drove straight to Jodi. She fixed it in 1/2 hr. I love what she did. I learnt lesson, never ever will I go anywhere else. Jessie Van Der Puy is one of the top hair stylists in the area! Jessie is both confident and skilled. She always does a fantastic job! She is attentive to my needs and offers great suggestions for what will work best for me. Jessie not only does great hair but also has a great personality. I look forward to chatting with her during my appointments. It's like hanging out with an old friend. Always a great experience! more

Renee is AWESOME! I moved here from out of state and was so nervous about finding a new hair stylist, but from the second I sat down she made me feel so comfortable and did a fantastic job. I have been to her 3 times so far and she just helped me completely switch my style to a light blonde pixie cut and it could not look better!! I was so nervous about the drastic change but she styled it perfectly for me. Bella Trio is a great salon in general, everyone works together and is super friendly. Jesse Van Der Puy is amazing. I have been working with her for years and even followed her to Bella Trio from her previous salon. She takes the time with each of her clients and listens to you before she starts cutting your hair. She does a GREAT job. She is not only known for giving a great cut, but also for color. I have always been very impressed with her. She goes above and beyond for her clients --in a pinch, she even came in before her salon officially opened to fit me in. I highly recommend Jesse! more

I'm so happy that I found my favorite stylist Jessie Van Der Puy. I will follow her to the ends of the earth. She's a master level stylist, my hair always looks amazing when she does it and she spends extra time with me making sure I can recreate the look at home. I'm even happier that she is now at the Bella trio salon, it's so close to my job in RTP and the staff is so welcoming. The first time I went the other employees offered me drinks and introduced themselves. I met the women who do skin and nails even a massage therapist. They all spent time giving me free consultations even though I wasn't their client. The salon is so pretty and way better then the snooty place she used to work. When I left I booked my next appointment and was stunned to get a call from an actual person to confirm my appointment when it was close to time for the appointment. Also after I saw Jessie, Bella Trio called me to ask if I was satisfied with my services talk about great customer service. I'm so impressed they seem to really care about their clients and I felt so valued there. Bottom line I would go even if I hated the place for Jessie and have been pleasantly supprised that it's such a great place!!! more

Awesome for hair extensions! Kailey did a ton of research and has brought an amazing product with Lox. The extensions are so natural and low maintenance. You MUST see Kailey if you're looking to spice up your 'do! more

I have never written a review before, so it goes. I was looking for a stylist that would listen to me before cutting my hair. And WOW I found one and her name is Renee. She is very picky and prefectionist also she has a very bubbly personality. The cut I recieved was just the best I have ever had. I walked out of the salon with a smile on my face. I have washed and styled my hair several times and I find it very easy to do. Thanks Renee for a wonderful cut and style. See you in June for next cut. RENEE ST. JOHN GIVES THE BEST HIGHLIGHTS I HAVE EVER HAD! Hands down Renee does a great job coloring and cutting my hair! Even when I am unsure about which color I want, she always finds a picture or something to help me decide! And she is honest about what is right for my hair/face type/complexion and what is not! I drive over an hour just to be sure the RIGHT person is doing my hair and I always leave feeling beautiful! You NEED to go see her! Your hair will thank you forever!!! more

I have been going to Renee for the last 2 years. I first sat in her chair when she was at the Aveda School. I was completely terrified about having my hair highlighted at a beauty school, but Renee calmed my fears and gave me the best highlight I had ever had. Since then, I will only go to Renee. She takes her time to make sure I am happy with everything she is doing, and I ALWAYS walk out the door happy. She knows my hair and me, and will tell me if what I ask for is not possible, or not healthy for my hair. She is the best hair dresser I have ever had, and I will NOT go to anyone else in the Raleigh area. And, I love Bella Trio! more

If your looking for a great hair dresser that actually takes the time to do your hair right and make sures it's highlighted and cut the way you truly want, then call and ask for Renee!! It was the 1st time in almost 20yrs that I had someone highlight and cut my hair other then my own sister who is a hair dresser and Renee did an awsome job!! She actually takes the time to help you find the right color you want and she takes the time to put the highlights on right and doesn't rush through it, just to get it done. The Bella Trio Day Spa & Salon is a very relaxing place, so if you ladies just want a nice relaxing day and a great highlight and cut then I totally recommend going there and being pampered my Renee St. John!! more

OMG! Bella trio is hands down the best spa in town. From the warm welcome upon entering to the best massage by Ryan, whose knowledge and skills are beyond words. I couldn't get up for a few minutes after the massage as i was soooooooo relaxed. Connie pampers your hands and feet into total bliss. She also serves drinks that delights the soul. My experience was AMAZING! Definitely will return faithfully and bring all my Duke nurse friends! more

I walked in to the NC Hwy 55 location, just beyond 55/54 intersection, and was greeted by a warm smile and friendly service. I got Latrece as my hairstylist, and although she is a bit new, she did a fabulous job! She went above and beyond my expectations! I love my hair cut, and so does my boyfriend! I will definitely be going back to see her! more

Rich was awesome!! Atmosphere and staff was really nice and helpful!! Spa room smelt fresh and very cozy…The massage itself was awesome…Relaxing, breathtaking, and Rich made sure to massage the main parts that I requested him to do…Afterwards I felt a few pounds lighter and relieved!! I have lived in Paris, Geneva, NYC and some other phenomenal places, and this has become my absolute favorite place to go because of their know-how, service, ambiance and how I look and feel afterwards. I'm always treated like someone special and get phenomenal treatments. Body and Face: Rebecca is hands-down the best I've had. She knows her product line, the way she cares for your skin is as if it were her own. She is so extremely sweet and friendly. and her touch: it makes you body and skin feel as if she were born to do this! A gem! Hair: Ashleigh is incredible! I have tried numerous places in the triangle for highlights/lowlights and have never found someone who can make my blonde/dirty blonde hair look so natural yet radiant with a cut that suits ME and not someone else. She's a joy to be around as well. more

Do you want the best therapist? Then you need to go see Ryan at Bella Trio! I have been to massage therapists all over the country. I thought I didnt like massage but the truth was I had not found Ryan! He has great strokes and listens to you and your body to give you what you need in your session. Your stress will be gone by the end of the session and it doesnt hurt that he is a cutie! more

Every time I get my hair cut by Ashleigh, I plan my schedule so I can get the most out of the cut that day and the next. She makes me feel great and I ALWAYS get compliments on the cut and blowout. She is genial, professional and consistent. I never feel like she's trying to push an edgier cut on me than I'm comfortable with, but she always listens patiently when I try to explain what I want. I really feel like she wants me to be happy, not just what she thinks is best. The salon is relaxing, and i would definitely recommend both Bella Trio and Ashleigh to my friends. more

I have never been so happy with my hair! Ashleigh helped me overcome my fears of cutting my hair short. I have pretty thin hair, that seems to give most stylist some trouble. Ashleigh did such a good job and kept me in the loop the whole time. Bella Trio has a great atmosphere, and I would definitely recommend to anyone in the triangle area. more
