Bella Salon & Spa

I went to this salon based on the previous review. I must say that the salon is very pretty and looks expensive. The rates are reasonable. However, there is a lot of conflict between the employees/owner. Particularly, Carl, who I also went to because of the review. Not only did he argue with his boss and other employees in my presence, but he also yelled at a client over the phone for trying to book an appointment. I had brought a hairstying magazine with me from home with a picture of the style I wanted. When I went to leave, it was no longer in his station. His first response to me when I asked for it was to shrug me off. As I insisted that I wanted it returned he made feeble attempts to look for it, all the while mumbling that one of his co-workers probably picked it up. It took him 7 minutes before he even asked any of his co-workers. Needless to say the cut was also awful. I cannot recommend this salon or the hairdresser. more

Bella is a full-service day spa, hair salon in Spencerport. I stopped by during Canal days because they were running a 50% off special, and it was an awesome experience. The stylists are very talented, friendly, and fun! The ambiance of the shop is amazing. They also offer massages, facials, etc. Their prices are very reasonable, and they carry a full line of hair care products. I was very impressed - and definitely will go back again (for more than a haircut next time!) Ask for Carl. more
