Bella is the worst restaurant in the northern Minneapolis suburban area. Our party of seven sat on the patio overlooking the parking lot and the nearby bank, clinic and drycleaners. Our waiter was friendly, but constantly apologizing because she was ""so busy."" My food arrived--Capallini Primavera--the Capallini was a gelatinous glob with a small amount of brown, overcooked broccoli, rubbery zuccini, and blackened mushrooms. The food squeeked in my mouth when I chewed. Disgusting! After sending the plate back, and ordering and somewhat more pleasant looking Butternut Ravoli that my fellow party member was eating, I was told that I would have to pay the additional cost and wait 20-minutes. My other choice? Starve or eat the rubber, I suppose. The Ravoli eventually arrived swimming in olive oil and raw in the middle. I feared that sending this plate back would result in an additional charge and another wait. No accommodation was made for the trouble--and nary an apology was made. I say splurge for a trip South for anything better--or better yet, stay at home. This place is not worth it!
