Raymond is the Truth! 10/1/2011

Raymond is a great stylist. Very personable and listens carefully to you so there are never any unwanted surprises after the cut or color. He is really creative has well thought-out ideas if you are looking for something different (always making sure you are onboard before he moving forward). Raymond has great you tips on hair maintenance (like how to blow dry in order to avoid flat irons which damages the hair). Also, his cuts/color seem to last a lot longer than my experience with other stylists. I always get a lot of compliments on my color the following weeks after seeing Raymond. Raymond has been doing my hair for almost 2 years now. I highly recommend him and could not imagine Bella Bella without him. more

Michelle is awesome 7/27/2011

I am a guy (not a metrosexual, because there's something wrong with them) and so once I find a place to get my haircut I won't leave (#lazy). So I usually have one or two panic attacks before choosing someone to cut my hair. Michelle was awesome. She knew what style I wanted and was very good about giving advice when I got an updated look. She isn't pushy and is just plane nice/funny. I used to drive about an hour just to go to Bella Bella specifically for Michelle. I've moved to DC now and have actually gone back to her on one occasion. more

Michelle McGettigan...the best! 7/21/2011

Michelle is the absolute best hair stylist and color expert I have ever experienced! My hair NEVER looks as good as when she does it! I live in Florida and make a point of scheduling Michelle at Bella Bella about ever three to six months for a cut and color. I have NEVER been disappointed! Bella Bella is very fortunate to have her as a stylist. Thanks Michelle! more

Michelle= The Hair Fairy 7/16/2011

I love my Michelle. I have been going to her for a very long time. ( I think I was one of her first clients when she came to Bella Bella) She has the best sense of style and knows exactly what to do with my hair. I tell my kids that she isThe Hair Fairy. The whole salon is just wonderful. Everyone that works there is friendly and they make you feel special. I always look forward to going and always leave happy. more

I have been going to Bella Bella for about 2-3 years now and I am never disappointed! More importantly Michelle is the best! She always tells me what will look best for my hair and is honest about it too! Also she is so easy to get along with and I love her to death! I always am recommending this salon to all of my friends!! more

Michelle has never let me down 7/14/2011

I have been going to Bella Bella Salon for many years now and must say that I have never been dissapointed with Michelle as my stylist. She has a great sense of style and always knows what is best for my hair. When I accidentally dyed my hair green before my wedding-she fixed it and made it beautiful! I would reccomend her to anyone. The entire salon is friendly and welcoming, but Michelle is the best :) more

Great experiences at Bella Bella Salon 7/2/2011

I was turned on to Bella Bella Salon over a year ago by a friend and coworker. She recommended I start seeing Michelle and I have not been sorry! Michelle knows what will look best for my hair based on its texture and length. In fact, every time I go there, I say, ""You're the boss!"" because I trust her judgement and know my hair will look great! I always have great experiences at Bella Bella with Michelle! more

Michelle makes me look like a rockstar! 6/29/2011

I have had several awful experiences in trying to find the stylist that fit me. I have gone thru NUMEROUS bad haircuts and finally found Michelle McGettigan at Bella Bella. I have short hair and its always been hard for me to find someone who can cut my hair the way that I want and not feel like Im always leaving with the EXACT same haircut I had when I went into the salon, just a little shorter. I have never felt so comfortable with a stylist in my life and trust her with ANY suggestion she may have for my hair. My color is always fabulous and my cut is always refreshingly the PERFECT length! more

Bella Bella and Michelle McGettigan are awesome 6/28/2011

I am 50 years old and had been going to the same person since 1991. I felt as though I was stuck in a rut but changing stylists is hard it's like breaking up you feel like you are cheating on them. I met Michelle outside of Bella Bella and she would always tell me of the shows she would go to in NYC so she could keep up on the latest styles. I loved her enthusiastic attitude. Then in 2007 I went to her and she did a great cut and the highlights were exceptional. Only after I went to her a couple times did she try to suggest changes in my cut. I could tell she wanted me to feel comfortable with her talents. Well it has been 4 years and I think she is exceptional. Never pushes changes on you but if you want one she has an idea. I would highly recommend Michelle. Bella Bella is a nice salon everyone is very friendly and it is clean. Run don't walk there :) more

Walk out feeling the most beautiful you've ever felt! 6/23/2011

I have been going to Bella Bella for almost 9 years, and every time I leave I love my hair. Whether it is a new cut, or color, I never leave disappointed. I recently had Jen do a Brazilian blow out. My hair has never felt so soft and straight. You should definitely check this place out, you won't be disappointed! more

Wonderful salon with excellent service 6/23/2011

I have been going to Bella Bella Salon for about a year. Every time I go, the service is excellent. It is a warm, inviting environment with caring staff. Jen, the owner, is amazing with her ability to compliment your hair style and color to your facial features. Highly recommend this salon. more

Bella Bella Salon - Sunghee Ennt 5/31/2011

The salon is great...very friendly, clean and inviting! I began going to Bella Bella Salon when I followed my esthetician, Sunghee Ennt! Sunghee is the BEST! I have been going to her for about five or six years and won't allow anyone else to touch my eyebrows! She takes her time and they are always perfect when I leave, never any reddness or irritation! \r \r I came to trust her so much that she did my make-up for my wedding in October! Again, she did an amazing job and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect! I got so many compliments on my make-up, it stayed perfect throughout the entire day and night! \r \r I have recommended Sunghee to many friends and will continue to do so! She is so friendly and really is the best at her job! She is definitely worth checking out! Enjoy! more

Salon Experience 3/28/2011

This was my first visit to Bella Bella Salon in West Chester. I cut my hair very short and am in the process of growing it back to one length, but it has been a nightmare. So I needed a trim to help it along. It has been looking just horrible!! So I went to Kendall. She said she helped her mother thru the same thing. And she did a wonderful job! Now it doesn't look like I messed up my hair and am growing it back --- it looks like an actual style!! Thank you so much. Nancy more

I've only been a client @ Bella Bella for a few months, but I followed my esthetician, Sunghee Ent, there. Wherever she goes, I follow. I've been a client of hers for several years now - facials, waxing - and she is truly amazing! Waxing is a delicate procedure, and I've had my share of unfortunate accidents. I've NEVER had a single issue with any waxing that Sunghee has done for me - no redness,no irritation, nothing! And her facials - OMG, my skin has never looked better! more

Try It - You Won't Be Disappointed 7/29/2010

I really like going to Bella Bella. I'm always greeted by friendly, upbeat people. Raymond, my stylist always greets me with a smile. My hair is extremely difficult to do - cowlicks all over, very soft and grows like a weed. Raymond gives me the best haircuts I've ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable on color and always makes sure there is definition with my highlights. I constantly receive compliments on my hair. I am a client of Kendall's, and I will be for a very long time! I love coming to the salon, being greeted by friendly faces, and offered a hot cup of coffee - couldn't think of a better way to relax after work! Kendall is EXCELLENT at what she does. Not only does she possess the skills of a colorist way beyond her years, she is extremely knowledgeable when explaining color selection and application to a novice like myself. She is up on current trends and styles, offering you cutting edge professional opinions. Her haircuts perfectly complement my look, and I feel confident in leaving Bella Bella knowing I look my absolute best! more

Great Local Salon in Heart of West Chester w/ Ample Parking 4/22/2010

Bella Bella in West Chester has been a great find for me. I was searching for a new salon in the West Chester area after trying several high end salons without satisfaction. Jen W. was very consultative on a color correction for me plus gave me one of the best haircuts I have had in years! The staff is super friendly, and I know the other stylists must be very good as well since the salon is very busy whenever I am in. Tara, the main receptionist, has been great with working with me on my unfortunately ever changing schedule! Thanks to City Search, I found this little gem of a salon in my backyard! Bad Bad Hair 4/17/2010

I am generally a very understanding person and would never write a terrible review about a bad experience but I have to go against the norm and write a not-so-great review. I went to Bella Bella in the hopes to find a great salon in West Chester. I had the works done to my hair and for the prices- I expected a lot. When I got home from the appointment, I noticed that the color was spotty and the cut was very poor. The way it was styled before I left was very cute, but upon inspection at home, the hair cut was very bad. (think low-end Hair Cuttery) It has now been over a week and the color is terrible- I feel horrible and want to hide under a rock, but since the service was so expensive I cannot afford to get it fixed right now. This may have been an off day for the stylist, but I won't be going back. I am out a lot of money and have a very poor style to show for it. Pros: Nice Staff Cons: Poor Work more
