I had a set of solar nails removed and a new set put on and within less than a week and a half 1 was completely loose and 8 of the others had detatched. I have had my nails done for years and never had that happen. When I went in to have them fixed/complain I was told she would "fix" them and only charge me for a fill! Are you kidding??? I asked for a refund of the $60 (yes, you read that right) that I originally paid but she refused to make good or even fix for free. This was the worst experience ever. more

I found Bella when we first moved to Katy in 2005. They have recently moved into a brand new, beautiful salon. My husband and I both get our hair cut by Sebastien, the BEST stylist at the Salon (which is why you have to book appointments with him at least a week or two in advance). My husband sees Sebastien every 4 weeks. I don't go as often but when I do I have a great experience. My husband wont go anywhere else. He knows when you find a good stylist for men's hair you've got to stick with them! He's had his hair cut by other stylists at the Salon and had a good experience with them but will now wait until he can get in with Sebastien because he's worth the wait. I have also had a massage done at Bella. The massage therapist was excellent and very knowledgeable about therapeutic massage and gave me lots of tips to help avoid my neck tightening up. We really love Bella. Great customer service, beautiful salon that's always clean, no hard sales tactics, cheerful staff, and good quality treatments. Yes, you totally get what you pay for. My husband regularly spends $45 for each hair cut and mine have run into the $80s. Its worth every penny. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair and neither would my husband. more

"You get what you pay for" is something that rings true when you are talking about hair. Bella is a great salon. Full service everything, hair, color, skin care, nails, massage, beauty products, and they probably do more than that! My last hair cut and color cost about 200 with tip, so keep that in mind when you make an appointment. Fairly easy to get an appointment if you are not picky about who does your hair. more
