VERY HAPPY! That's what I'd tell anyone about my experience at Bell. They checked out my car, gave me a ride home, and fixed it in about one day! Amazing! The other guys were more expensive, and said it would take at least a week. I would recommend Bell Transmissions to anyone needing transmission work. Thanks again, guys! more

POLITE AND HONEST. Bell Transmissions fixed my minivan. We have children and we needed our van back as soon as possible. I was quoted a price much less than what I almost paid at a different transmission shop. They got our van in right away, checked it, and gave us a fair estimate. We got our van back when promised, which was the next day! :) I'm glad I called Ed! more

Avoid at all cost: I had them pick up my truck, they took it to their shop, within 15 minutes of leaving the house, they called and said i had to replace my transmission. I asked for the diagnostic codes on the transmission, they didn't know them. Asked if they took off the trans pan, what the inside looked like, that the trans was perfect the day before. I asked them to look at the filter. After I asked them to look at it, they took the pan off, and they called back and told me I was right, that the transmission was good but the filter had came loose from the engine. $382.00 out of my pocket for a two filters, 6 quarts of transmission fluild, and a 5 mile tow (which their site states is free within 5 miles with service), and If i hadn't asked the right questions... it would have been $2500.00. Do not used them. more

Great Service and Communication 5/26/2012

No one likes to have their transmission worked on due to the high costs involved. The extremely high level of service and quality of work took a lot of the pain out of the large bill - I was almost happy to hand over the money once the work had been completed. From the start, communication was frequent and clear. I dropped the car off after hours. The next morning, Ed called me to confirm the cost of the diagnostics and get my permission to continue. Once the problem had been diagnosed, Ed called me again to explain the problem, give me a quote, and get my permission to continue work. A day and a half later, the work was done and the cost was not a penny more than the quote. My car is back on the road and drives like new again. The level of service at Bell is second to none. There is a reason that they have been around for over 30 years. I highly recommend Bell if you have any transmission problems. I hope I don't have transmission problems in the future, but if I do I know where to go. more

Saved Time and Money!!! 2/8/2011

I took my Sebring to Crystler and was quoted a price that seemed completely out of my budget AND they were going to need my car for an entire week!! Then a friend told me to get a second quote at Bell Transmissions and I was floored at the price difference!! I left my car with them and it was fixed in 2 days!! AND I saved literally $1,000!!! Seriously... life savers!!! more
