Great service from the private car staff. Even when the car seat we had ordered did not get delivered by a third party company, the driver was helpful, patient and apologetic. The Bell people worked quickly and courteously to resolve the issue. more

Very good on time they gave me a ride to the airport and picked me up when I returned 8 days later. I would use the car service again is was so much easier riding to and from the airport. more

Great way to travel to and from the airport! They were on time, took $7 cash upfront (way cheaper than a cab) and were nice and helpful. I'd recommend taking this any day over a cab. more

Flew in and had scheduled a VIP Limo service through Boyd and they used Bell Trans for their service. Was pleasantly surprised with my limo ride to and from the airport. My drivers Omari and Adrian were very nice and professional and my ride was really hassle free. I would definitely use their services again. more

AWESOME service! Why, oh why, will I ever drive to the airport myself ever again? No reason whatsoever! Drivers, on time, friendly, accommodating, what more do you want? Totally professional, love they're Vegas at our very best- we really are ""small town"" like in so many ways, Bell represents us Las Vegans beautifully- obviously the company cares about that, the drivers are obviously well recognized and appreciated. Will use nothing but this company! more

Our group of 14 used this service twice on our trip to Vegas to take us to and from golf courses. The service was prompt, the buses were clean and the drivers were friendly. One of them even stopped at CVS for us for a beer and snack run. more

Had absolutely NO problems with the Bell Trans shuttle service. After arriving in Vegas we found the correct door, showed our voucher and hopped right on a bus. We waited about 10 minutes, and then pulled out. There were three other stops on our route, but we still were at our hotel in less than 20 minutes.\r \r Return trip was just as easy. Called about 24 hours in advance (as instructed on our voucher slip) and set up a pick up time. Bell Trans arrived on time and we hopped in, picked up three more parties at other nearby hotels and were in our terminal in about 30 minutes, even in rush hour traffic. \r \r As long as you follow the instructions on the voucher, you will have an easy experience. Definitely better than the $60 cab fare it would have cost to go to and from the airport. Happy we saved the money for fun things. Definitely worth it!!! more

Experience was awesome! We booked a LimoBus in order to transport us and our wedding guest to the chapel. The reservation was very easy, I just called and Brittany was very helpful. Day of was good, driver, Timothy (Cliff) was a little late due to traffic, but once he arrived, he was fantastic! He rushed to get us to the chapel on time. Was patience when we were in the chapel and was patience when we were waiting to get pics at the Las Vegas sign after the wedding. We even ran over a little bit but Timothy/Cliff was very easy going about it. more

Went through Tropicana Hotel had Sedan service on their website and I was very tired of Showtime vans, so we gave it a shot. BEST THING EVER!! Our driver was Kevin and I was text when we landed in Vegas where to meet him. I felt so important with my name on his Tablet. Very polite and funny. We walked right out to the Sedan and we were at the hotel in about 15 minutes or so not the 45 mins to 1 hour with Showtime. Kevin picked us up at the Hotel after our stay was early and called me to let me know and not to hurry. Right out front and right to up front to Southwest check in. Best money spent....thank you so much more

We used Bell for transfer from the airport to hotel and back again. Our driver, Osmin, was the BEST! What an absolute gem- kind, courteous and efficient with a great semse of humor. Not only was our driver great, the price was the best of any car service I had contacted in Las Vegas, and their call centre staff was also the friendliest. We will definitely be using this company again! more

THANK GOODNESS Bell Trans Limo Service IS NOT the only car service in Vegas!\r When my elderly parents returned home from their trip and told me how badly their driver treated them, I was horrified. When my father finished telling me the rude things that the driver had said, I asked my father for the drivers name. My parents were so upset and could only remember the drivers last name - Rizzo. Shame on you Mr. Rizzo for thinking that it is okay for you to treat people with absolutely no respect. more

Traveled to Las Vegas. Used Bell Trans limo service (SUV) for pick up from airport to hotel, then back to airport at the end of our trip. Easy to book online, great communication, friendly drivers, clean, comfortable vehicles. Obviously more money, but so much nicer than taxis in Vegas. more

This was my first time in Vegas, and a friend recommended Bell Trans to me for transportation to my hotel. I booked a traditional airport shuttle, but was upgraded to a sedan to and from the airport. This was a great experience. My driver to the airport was Dartrell, and he probably was one of the most professional drivers I've ever had. Can't say enough good things about this service. more
