I was so happy that my friends referred me to ""Bell Formal Tuxedos"", they are truly pros at their profession! I was told that ""Bell FormalWear"" always satisfies their customer. They stand by their product, and they provide exceptional service. And that is exactly what they did for me too. My fiance is a little particular about details and everything being perfect for our wedding day that she has become a nervous reck over all the wedding planning. When one of their staff greeted us they were so cordial and had a very warm and sincere demeanor that it calmed all of my fiance's nerves. I was stunned how relaxed she felt in this cozy shop. Before I new it I was trying on different styles of 'her choice' and once we found the ideal one, that made her smile, we booked our wedding and were on our way. Everything they suggested and adviced us on was ideal. Thanks, ""Bell Formal"" you have a great reputation around town and a great repeat clientele, add me to your list of satisfied customers! more

I hate this place. They are so rude, plus they charge everyone different prices. Mens wearhouse down Bell Blvd is so much cheaper. I will never step foot in here again. My wife came in with me and they didnt want to listen to anything she had to say which made me feel very uncomfortable. more

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL 4/14/2009

This place is AWFUL! I went in with my fiance to look at tuxedos for our upcoming wedding. We are a large group - 11 tuxedos. First, the owner was incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional. He kept referring to me as ""young lady,"" never taking the time to introduce himself or ask my name. Even worse, he would only show my fiance the jacket to a tuxedo. When I asked if we could see the pants, vest, shoes, ANYTHING, he rudely asked ""Are you ready to register?"" He would not let us SEE anything before we registered and therefore guaranteed the rental. I asked him how I was supposed to guarantee a rental of something I had never seen, and I was told ""Young lady, that is how it's done. If you want to pick your tux, go to Men's Wearhouse."" I was disgusted and left immediately. Save yourself the time - DO NOT go to this store. Cons: EVERYTHING more
