we bought our house built by Don Bell Jr. 6 years ago and have so many problems that we have, so far, dump in another $20K to fix these problems (expecting more to come). The windows were all poorly installed and water leaking into the house whenever it rains. Mould started to form and the builder did not come out to fix citing out of warranty when the leak started a year + after we moved in. Majority of the houses have windows/leakage problem and are very fraustrated. Our driveway was another disaster and the thin layer of cement worn out exposing the gravel underneath it 2 years after we moved in. The builder did nothing even numerous complaints were made by the homeowners.
