Hi my name is Jessica Salerno I am witting in regards to my boyfriend Brandon Ellis. August 31st, 2007 brandon was arrested on a governers warrent. Brandon was PR on August 31, 2007 and returned to court every 30 days for this matter, waiting on a court date for TX to be set. On November 30th, 2007 he was arrested on this warrant and according to my attorney I hired for Brandon down in Austin TX. Texas only has 10 day to come up here and get him. My attorney has enough evidence to support the charges brought against him to have the charges dropped. But he has to be in TX first to do so. if TX did not come up there bye midnight Sunday (10th day) or he would have to be released. . He was/is stationed at ft. Lewis and is confined to base. All he is trying to do is clear his name, that can be dropped but he has to be in TX to do so. It seems like TX is not following the act of getting him out with in the 10 days they have to do so bye this governors warrant and WA State has no reason even to be holding him but will hold him for 90 days (this is wrong).. So could you tell me what to do on this issue? This is really not putting my faith in the justice system. Well I thank you for your time if I got you bye mistake then could you please forward this on to the right person Brandon Ellis should not have been arrested due to the fact that there was not enough evidence to support the reason and circumstance he was arrested for and my attorney has the evidence to get the charges dropped and if action is not brought up concerning the release of Brandon Ellis I am going to be taking legal action against the state of TX due to wrongful inprisement, false accessions, time took away from his job in the united states military in the army at Ft. Lewis WA, and what ever else I can go after I already have a attorney down there in Austin TX and he is willing to take on this case verses the state so if you could please get back to me.........
