Bell & Bell Overhead Doors

We were contracted with another door company for two years, and I was completely unsatisfied with their work. I was referred to Brandon of Bell & Bell Overhead Doors from our parent company. I hired him to do a few emergency repairs and a full door replacement. We were so pleased with the work he provided, we hired him on to complete six more services and an additional door replacement. We have been very happy with him. He's very competitive and timely on his quotes. I priced him out with three of his competitors on a job and he saved us about 20. We continue to be happy with his results. Brandon is very good with the timeline he gives to his customers, but customers should know they need to be patient with the time frame it takes for parts or a whole door to be manufactured, sometimes it takes awhile for parts to be made. I called Bell & Bell and they gave me a price. I wanted a comparison, so I called another company to check, and that other company gave me a ridiculous price. After several negotiations they got down to $100 more than Bell & Bell. After talking to their bosses, they finally got it down to Bell & Bell's quote, but why didn't they offer that in the first place. They had the advantage of knowing what Bell & Bell had quoted too, and they likely wouldn't have even come close to their quote without knowing that. Even though they ultimately came in $50 less, I went with Bell & Bell, who gave me a great price from the beginning. They came in and stuck by their quote. They were professional, they did a beautiful job, and I would hire them again in a million - both of them! more
