horrible service i called to ask a question and they said they were out so my cat is dieing and i cant do anything more

I just called to get an appointment and they are so easy to work with. They could get me in this afternoon or anytime tomorrow morning. My dog is a GSD puppy and suffers from a variety of skin problems that I do NOT want to get out of hand.\r \r Will Let you know the results! more

This place is great! My pets see Dr. Belcher and he is FANTASTIC! I have worked as a vet tech and can honestly say that he is one of the best. He takes his time examining your pet and addresses any concerns. He doesn't pressure you to spend more than you can afford and his prices are competitive. He even takes time to get to know YOU personally. He'll make notes in his file and keeps conversation going next time. Who does that anymore?! more

I loved this vet hospital. I had taken my cat to get De-clawed and fixed and they did wonderful. I even called like 7 times and they were patient enough to answer all my questions. I have also taken my dog to the vet there and they're very gentle and kind toward me and the animals. more

Great vet!! I have been going her for three yers, I've brought both my dogs here- for routine checkups and for illness. the staff has always been helpful- the receptionist is very knowledgable and gave advice over the phone. Then the vets are great- very patient, gentle with my dogs, and they listen and teach about your pet;s care. I've never boarded my dog here, so I cannot comment on the kennel, but this is a great vet clinic! highly recommend! A+ more

We took our dogs here once. The vet was really nice and took his time with us and answered all the questions we had. However, it's a small place and really smelled inside. more

We recently moved from San Antonio and needed a place to board our dogs for the weekend. This was the first experience we had with this clinic and it was absolutely awful. The clinic itself has a strong putrid odor covered up by an overpowering air freshener. When we picked up our dogs Monday morning, one of them was covered in fecal matter. She had dried feces all over her tail and our other dog had feces caked on her nails and in between her toes. As if that weren't enough, after we thoroughly bathed them, they both drank about a gallon of water each, as if they didn't had any water all weekend. When I addressed these complaints/concerns to one of the vets out there, he just assured me they follow the inspection guidelines...sigh. Needless to say, we will never take our pets anywhere near this facility again. Only take your pets there if you have no regard for their well being. more

Dr. Holcomb is a kind and gentle vet. His office staff treats you with kindness each time you entere their office. They have two entrances - one for cats and one for dogs, so there are no problems between the species. Their prices are good and Dr. Holcomb is honest with you about the health of your pet. When I had to put my cat to sleep, he was very considerate of my feelings. His office even stayed open late to accomodate me. They called ahead to another animal hospital to arrange to have my cat cremated and billed me for their services, so I didn't have to stand there crying any longer.
