Try to make an appointment and no one answers the phone. Leave a message and no one calls you back. Finally get someone to actually answer the phone, tell them you have a horrible toothache and are told they don't have an appointment until 5 days later. You say fine, because you have no other choice, as this is the dentist you chose for your insurance. The dentist's office calls back to say they had a cancellation and can fit you in today. Great! Things are looking up, right? Nope! Arrive at the office only to find it completely empty. Wait for 45 minutes and still not a soul in sight. You, along with other waiting patients eventually leave. You call the office again after traveling back home and are told the office went out to lunch 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. No apologies, no offer to reschedule and a nasty attitude on the phone. The receptionist actually hung up on us when annoyance was voiced. \r
