My central air conditioning unit failed right before a heat wave in the Puget Sound region. Karl identified the issue as a failed relay on the furnace systems board. Unfortunately a new system board was not immediately available and it had to be shipped from out of state. Karl voluntarily offered to come back, on his day off, to replace the failed board as soon as it arrived in his office. Karl went above and beyond the call of duty to exceed my expectations and to complete the repair work. Karl was gracious, skilled and knowledgable about heating and cooling systems, and completed the repairs in a very timely manner.
