Do yourself a favor and run way. What was supposed to be a 10 day job of replacement has been over two months. The ruined my furniture, did a terrible amateur job, and made a mess everyday that I had to clean up. Larry and Herman are useless and do nothing to rectify the issues. I wish I had known. This was the worst experience I ever had and it cost me a lot and I got a terrible window job that I now have to get someone to fix. Terrible!!!! more

Good: We ordered windows as a result of their appearance at a Westlake Village home show. Nice guys. The windows they installed were, and seven years later, are of excellent quality and durability. I'm very happy with the product they installed.. Bad: Follow-up totally sucked. The caulking was not done well and I had to redo some of it myself. I finally gave up calling them. They, however, had no problem in calling me for referrals.. Improvements: Man up! Treat your customers like you want them to see them again. We are not one-night stands!. more

Larry and his company have a grounded place in the community and give a wonderful first impression; however, their reputation does not live up to the hype. We hired them to do our windows, and they did a fine job. Then, we hired them to tex-cote our house (paint) and recommended them out to our friends. It is now coming up on a year since we first spoke to them about the job and it still isn't complete. We still have cracks, flaking, holes, and debris. Not only that, but our friends have experienced the same lack of. When we call to leave a message, we do not get a response, same as our friends. As such, we stopped referring Bel Air out. What's more amazing is that we were referring on a weekly basis, but Larry has never called us to find out why we stopped. I guess when you reach a level of success like his, you let certain things go... oh well. It's a shame, because we did like him, but we will never use him or his company again. more

Larry and company are a top notch class act. They are honest, funny, and community leaders. They care about their reputations and try their best to give customers great service and great quality at low prices. I believe Bel Air Quality at Van Nuys Prices is an accurate catch phrase (how often can you say that?) more
