Bel-Air Cooling & Heating

The guys from Bel-Air Heating and Cooling were probably the nicest, most knowledgeable group of guys I have worked with for home service in a long time. They knew what they needed to do. They were extremely courteous and worked exceptionally well together. They talked me through the whole process. I couldn't give them a better recommendation. I was kind of sorry to see them go after 2 days. Bel-Air installed a whole new air conditioning and heating unit. They were better than anyone I have ever worked with. I have had a lot of people do many things and they were good; Bel-Air was right there at the top. After I bought my equipment through Home Depot, these are the guys they sent out to install. I had an AC unit that was bad along with other problems with my heating and cooling system. I got 6 quotes total. I felt most comfortable with Brett at Bel-Air Heating and Cooling. They actually did a manual load calculation, and everything Roy and Brett said made a lot of sense. I did receive 2 lower quotes for slightly different units, but Bel-Air was definitely reasonably priced. I felt that I was going to get the most bang for my buck going with Bel-Air. I know a lot more than the average customer about AC, and it was easy working with Brett. He knew what I wanted and got the unit that fit exactly what I needed. It is great. I used the unit last night because it was hot, and there was almost no noise from the unit outside. I don't think that Bel-Air is with the BBB, but don't ignore them just because of that. Had I not disregarded that and not gone to them anyway I would regret it now. more

after shopping around I wanted the best system I could afford but above all wanted reputable installation and company backing it. \r They answer the phone like they care, Talked me through all the steps, they were in contact throughout the process and left my home with a quality installation and left no mess.. Complete time for the job was less than what they even told me. \r \r VERY IMPRESSED Pros: showed up when they said, great customer service Cons: couldnt find any! more
