My daughter had the salesman out as the house needed a new furnace. She signed the paper and gave him a good sized deposit. A friend told her that same day that the price she was quoted was way too high and that they had the same installation for much less. Since she was unable to sleep, due to worry about this, she got up in the middle of the night and wrote an email to Bell Red cancelling the order. in the morning, she spoke with the salesman to follow up and he refused to give her back the deposit, even though it was within 24 hours. She called back and asked to speak with the manager. He has never returned her call.
