I love Dr. Jimmy and Berg Dental in Forest Hill, MD. He is a great dentist- very thorough and gentle during my cleanings and procedures. The office also has a really nice play room which I love because I usually have to bring my 5 year old with me to my appointments. He can sit and play while I'm getting a cleaning- and they hygienists are good about getting me in and out quickly if my son is with me.- Erica more

I Love Berg Dental in Forest Hill, MD. They have the best staff of any dental practice in the area. I have had to have three emergency procedures including a root canal and the staff has been great at getting me in last minute. They do good, clean work and follow up after the more serious procedures which I really appreciate!- Kristen more

After a visit to Dr. G today to repair a tooth that another of their Dr.'s had messed up, Dr. G confronted me on my review that appeared on every site- other than the one that has 63 reviews and gave them a 4.8 out of 5 rating. So it is quite obvious to me now that there is a very good reason their reputation is SO impressive.. It isn't real. It is doctored by Dr. G. Quite obviously he monitors them on a daily basis. How rude to confront a patient who has been done wrong by one of his own employees. As a professional would you expect anything less than a crappy review after the treatment I received? The phoniness of the Berg Dental Group appalls me! I believe all reviews should be posted, not just the flattering ones the owners approve of. So Dr. G. I know that you're reading this, I suggest never confronting people in the dental chair who have foolishly given your offices a second chance. I have a good $1500+ worth of dental work I need completed- including a mouth guard. I value my teeth more than anyone in your office might suspect and I won't be coming back for more shoddy dental work and a snooty confrontation from an owner of the facility. You will never see another dollar from me & frankly, get a life! Beware everyone, reviews can be created by anyone, including the owners. I wouldn't trust an institution that writes their own reviews and the real question is: why do they monitor the reviews so closely?? Clearly I'm not the first dissatisfied patient. more

I've had braces & gone to different dentists my whole life. Berg was BY FAR the worst dentist I've ever been to! Dr. Roham filled 2 cavities & less than one week later I noticed a hole in one of the teeth he fixed & severe sensitivity in the hole. I notified them & they took another set of film in that quadrant & one of the owners Dr. D' Giovani informed me that he would fix it free of charge. I was scheduling the repair & the receptionist informed me that I had $26 due for the visit. I asked why & she said it was for the film they had taken. I told her that I shouldn't have to pay for film on a tooth that I already paid to be fixed. She consulted the Dr. & did not charge me. The first snow storm of the year struck the night before my appointment & I was 13 minutes late as a result. They refused to see me citing the Dr. wouldn't have enough time to fix the tooth. They tacked on $55 no show fee onto my account. more

I have taken my family to this estabalishment for over ten years. I am impressed with this offices attention to customer needs by young children as well as adults who are nervous when it comes to the dentist. I would recommend that anyone witha family use the dentist services provided by this practice. more

My kids love to go to the dentist. They offer incentives for kids to encourage them to brush their teeth well. It is a one stop shop. They offer dentistry for the whole family as well as orthodontist services. We are currently making use of all of their services. They have great office hours and have been able to fit me in two different times for dental emergencies with in 12 hours of my call. more
