I dropped off cushions to be re-covered for a friend of mine's nursery room. The cushions are for a glider/rocking chair. After spending $40 on the material and dropping the material along with the cushions off at the Bel Air Alteration Shop, I was told that they would be completed ASAP- no more than 2 weeks! 3 weeks later I picked them up. They are an absolute mess! The seamstress ""didn't see"" a rip in the material on one side of the cushion. All of the stiching is visible because the seams are so loose, plus, 2 different colors of thread were used- neither of which match the material! I demanded my $70 back, which was refused by the ""owner"" who unfortunately, knows nothing about quality work or customer service skills. I have now invested $110 for cushions that look like they were recovered by a student in a home-ec class. All I can say is- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Pros: N/A
Cons: Poor quality, horrible service
