Doctor Wolfrum is the biggest ripoff ever. he question every medication that took that he percreibe me and pushes unsafe pills. for my $10 co-pay i would go the liquor store and buy a bottle of Jack Daniels more

The staff working in the office is by far the worst staff I EVER met. They are incredibly rude. I would think working in an a psychiarist office where people have mental and emotional disorders, the last thing one would want or need or deserve to deal with is some young rude girl either putting you on hold for over ten minutes, messing up your appointments repeatedly, not obeying your HIPPA documents, claiming you can't talk to your doctor, reprimanding you on the phone like you are a little preschooler being punished and put into time out. I don't know if these girls went to school to sit in a doctor's office all day and act like it's social hour but I would think and hope a few classes of psychology or sitting in a outpatient class at Alexian Brother's Hospital may open their eyes because karma isn't always going to be so nice. And hopefully one day when they may possibly be on the side of the desk, they won't have to deal with some witch. more

The therapist seem pretty good. We have not been there enough times to really say how effective they are but...... Both offices in Schaumburg and DesPlains will leave you with a feeling that you need to take a shower the minute you leave. The offices are old and dirty. The DesPlains office waiting room reminds me of a funeral home and smells. The Schaumburg office gives me the feeling that criminals are going to be filed in for processing. The walls are dirty in both offices and the furniture looks as if it all came from a garage sale. Not giving you a feeling of safety or calmness at all. Makes me wonder if the $250 that is being charged per visit is going straight to the pocket of the owner because it sure is not going into the business. more
