I have been a patient at B.A.C. for 2 years now and most of their nursing staff is top notch but the new ones need a little time to get it right. I have been a clean and sober patient the whole time I have been there, I might be the only one considering that they ask me to speak to some goverment board on their behalf when they came to visit. Now I have always paid my dues, and never caused a problem. The only problem I have noticed is that it seems like their main concern is money, in fact it might be their only concern. The whole staff is very nice and the nurse's definitely aren't the ones concerned with money .They do seem to care, and the front staff will be nice to you as long as you have your payment. If you don't attitudes change. Now I understand that they are not supported by the goverment in anyway and they must pay their staff by making their patients pay and that is fine. Now I have always paid when I said I would if I didn't have the money the day of my pickup , usually no longer then a week or two and I have been there 2 years. Now I have seen people denied treatment for not having the money that day even though they have been a customer for awhile and thats were my problem lies. This is supposed to be a treatment center not a legal form of d@#$ d@$ing!! I know everybody needs to get paid and I have no problem with that, but they need to give their patients some slack and not treat everybody like a deadbeat, especially if they pay as soon as they can!! They must remember that they are the most expensive clinic in town and recovering addicts are not the wealthest people , but those of us who are trying need as much understanding as we can get!!! Over all it is a great clinic, but there has to be a way for them to better understand the financial situations of their patients !!\r
Thank you
Pros: convenience
Cons: price and flexiblity
