It is a privilege to work with this honest, professional, organized, and hard working company. The staff are straightforward and very professional. I used to take care of my rental property myself but it got to be too much. Since I hired Beeline my life has been a lot easier! Even though I did not end up renting 6/6/2012

Even though I did not end up renting from Beeline, I sure wish I did. Now that I am renting from another management company, I realize how nice and helpful Beeline was. Not to mention how much nicer the houses they offered are. I plan on renting from them as soon as I move out of my current place. more

beeline has made things better for the owners by requiring renter insurance to tenants. This is a great idea and the best work of a property manager on my behalf. very pleased! more

Highly Recommended 5/25/2012

Beeline has been a great property management company to rent from. Their ""payday plan"" program helps me to spread out my payments and have enough money left to pay my other bills. It isn't easy int his economy to live paycheck to paycheck, but Beeline does what they can to help out. I highly recommend them! more

Great People 5/17/2012

They were very helpful and kind to me when I was looking for a house to rent in Temecula. I was moving to the area from Fallbrook, and so I wasn't familiar with any property management companies in the area. Honestly, Beeline had the nicest people out of all of the different managers I dealt with. more

I have lived in a beeline property and never had any reason to call them. My patio door was not sliding open or closed so I called them to see what they could do. They sent over a repair guy pretty fast, and he replaced the wheels and cleaned the track and now it works fine. more
