Beeline is the best 9/2/2010

Beeline Disposal is by far the best disposal company we have ever had. They take everything we put out, which is sometimes more trash than is reasonable. They put our barrels up at the fence and secure the lids. They promptly return all calls. I hope they stay in business as long as we need trash services I will never switch. more

Great Service 2/1/2010

We have had only Great service with Beeline. We have used this company for about 6 years when we dont put our garbage out they go up and get it and if we forgot to pay out bill they let us know and knock on the door and still take our trash. Whenever we put out extra stuff they have never complained. My neighbor switched from Waste management to Beeline when he seen our good service. Waste management would leave his garbage cans in the street to blow away. Good Job Beeline Pros: Always friendy more

Great Trash Service 10/28/2009

I started service with Beeline Disposal a few months ago. They have been great! They are cheaper then any other trash service in my area (Brighton, CO). One day I forgot to put my trash out and the trash man came and rang my doorbell to ask if I had trash to go out that day and then went and got my trash for me! Today the weather is really bad (lots of snow). I opened my garage door when the trash truck got to my house and the trash men helped me take my trash (which included a lot of leaves, branches, etc..) from my back yard to the trash truck. They have been great! I would highly recommend them! Pros: Helpful staff, dependable service, affordable. more

CALLING TO CANCEL SERVICE NOW 8/31/2009

I am trying to cancel our service as I speak but the line has been busy for over an hour. They frequently fail to pick up on trash day. At least once a month consistently. You can't get anyone on the phone. Plus they just raised rates. We are finished with them!!! Cons: frequently miss pickups and can't get through on phone more

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY 8/6/2009

This company billed us for 3 mos service we never received - because we moved out of their service area. We did not receive a refund for the 2 mos we had already paid for prior to moving. Cons: Total lack of customer service. Fallacious collections. more

Trashy Trash Company 5/26/2009

This company is awful, after multiple instances of broken glass in my driveway and them loosing my trash can lid, I canceled them-via message because they NEVER answer my call. Now they have taken me to collections for an outstanding bill that should have never existed! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pros: Absolutely NONE Cons: service,promtness,caring in general more
