good place 6/15/2013

I have been there a few times the day shift help is amazing the residents are well talkin care of the nurses and aides love the residents like they were there own family. I have nit found a problem with this place but i have not been there on the last 2 shifts. The residents rooms are well takin care of as well they are always sweeping moping and removing any yrash thats in there. I enjoy going there the residents have not complained to me about anything they seem happy. Whi ever keeps writing bad post about the places needs to stop. Im thinking this person has worked there and got let go and now they want to act wierd. I have witnessed someone get into trouble for not changing and laying a resident down when they were asked to. more

I wouldn't let them take care of my enemy's dog. 1/26/2009

There's are only about 2 nurses that actually "care" about the patients there. the rest are gruff in demeanor. The kitchen and kitchen staff are nasty, meaning, I wouldn't want my dog to be served the food from there. the kitchen staff uses their bare hands instead of using gloves, which is the LAW. they touch their faces and arms and continue right on without washing. Assisted Living Kitchen and staff are quality standard and MUCH better. more

Loving Care 12/21/2005

It is always a daunting task when faced with having to find a health care facility for a loved one. I was faced with this a few months ago. I chose Beech Grove Meadows for my Mother and have been very pleased. They seem to keep everything on a good schedule. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily, residents are fed balanced meals on time, and the staff is very sweet and caring. There is a young lady who comes around every week offering manicures to anyone interested. They have varied activities to appeal to different interests. I am kept abreast of any changes as they occur. They have different levels of care depending on what your loved one needs. I have been very pleased with the care given to my Mother. more
