Dekalb Il store is the BEST 8/23/2011

I ordered a cake topper on line and called to make sure that I would receive it in time for the function. Yes I received it but in a MILLION peices on a Wednesday night needit for Saturday. Went to my local Bed Bath and Beyound and the staff there jump into action and made the calls, made the decision to express ship, and reordered on line, call the distruibution center to confirm and "Hoc-Us-Pok-US the topper was at my door on Saturday in time!! SO thank you Dekalb Bed Bath And Beyond for reaffirming to me that there are still companies out there that want to please the customer!! more

What a great store and selection they have. The staff is always friendly and around to help you when you are looking for the impossible gift. If they do not have what you want they will tell you where they saw it or make suggestions on where to go for it. They also send out coupons in the mail a few times a month, you can use them all at once if you like or just one at a time. They also take expired coupons and competitors too. This is a store that I would go back to often to shop at. more
