I bought 2 lamps and 2 side tables for our home at this store, just to try,. I wasn't in love with the pieces but needed to see if they worked with our decor. I guess I needed to test for 2 weeks. It turned out that the lamps and tables were not what we were looking for, and I wanted to return them for my money back. I was prepared for a major argument and was secretly willing to settle for selling the stuff on ebay. Bed Bath and Beyond gave me no trouble at all. Good Job, on their part, because I am such a shopoholic!! I buy from them every chance I get. more

Great decorating ideas 3/19/2006

You've hit a turning point n your life when you'd rather shop for your home rather than shop for yourself. And if your gonna hit that turning point anyway, you may as well do it with style. I like the options they've got here. They do a good job of showing you a whole bedroom set all put together, so you can get an idea of how it looks in your home. They also sell a nice selection of pre framed art prints, some famous and some not. You're sure to find general housewarming type gifts for just about anyone. The prices are usually fair on most of their stuff. more

Bed Bath & Beyond has an extensive selection for the home, from sheets to paper towel dowels. The prices are pretty good, and you can often find some items on sale. And I often get the postcard mailing for 20% off a single item, so you should always have those saved for your Bed Bath & Beyond trips. Also, the staff is helpful without being overbearing and breathing down your neck while you peruse the store. more

Good Store 3/17/2006

One of the reason why I like shopping at Bed Bath and Beond is because they accept expired and competitor coupons. The have almost everything we need for the house gadget. They are not the cheapest store around, but if you come after the holiday season, their mark down are great. You can get a really good pieces in the lowest price plus, you could still use their 20% coupons. So next time you get their coupon in the mail, keep it ! Because they are just still accept it long after it expired. more

I had my wedding registry done with this store and it was a great experience. They assiged a sales person to me who helped me choose the perfect things for my future home. Then they gave me some other cool options too. Everything was returnable that was on my registry. Plus, anything that wasn't bought, I could buy at a 20% discount! Super awesome deal for me because this store has the best things for any home and tons of it. Plus, with great customer service and a special discount, why would I want to go anywhere else?! more

The Customer is Actually Right 3/14/2006

Most stores hassle you and give you a real hard time if you want to return something that is used, or without a receipt, or both. Not Bed Bath and Beyond. They take back anything you're unsatisfied with, no questions asked. At the very least you can always get a store credit, because they care more about customer service than sales. BB&B will always take their own expired coupons, and Linens 'n Things coupons too! Plus, it's always worth checking out the clearance section where you will undoubtedly find some good deals. more
