I bought a sofa, and of course the sales staff were courteous. We picked it up, and when we got it home we discovered that a cushion had a wrinkle, and it was the wrong color! I called customer service, tried to explain the problem, but Tina would hardly let me finish a sentence - she just kept saying if I didn'/t like it I would have to bring it back for a different one. I tried to explain the issue was not that I didn't like it but that it was not the color I had chosen, and it had a defect. Her response to me was, and I quote "so what, if you don't like it you have to bring it back". I asked to speak to a manager and she said to me "you can't". I then asked to speak to anyone else, and then she said a manager would be in about 10:00. Suffice it to say, I could not wait to end this insulting conversation, and I said I would call back at 10:00. When I called back at 10:00 I was sent to Laura 's (customer service manager) voicemail. I have been trying for 6 days now, to have a
