Unorganized, rude, unprofessional. If you have options - look elsewhere. We've had multiple poor experiences with this facility - ranging from billing problems (the billing department is incompetent), intake (they make you reserve an appointment but make you sit for hours, then tell you beds were taken by 'walk-ins'), level of care is poor. They do nothing but slightly adjust meds that you are already on -- then send you home without care that you are no better. Staff is rude and unprofessional. more

My mother recently stayed there and it was a mixed experience. The good: she did get to meet with a psychologist for about 30 mins each day, a social worker for about 15 mins each day, and the rest was group therapy which she thought was helpful. The bad: they say they don't accept dangerous patients but my mother said there were 4 such individuals there and that the staff knew they were dangerous as some of them had been there a few times. One of them threw chairs across the room, while another touched some of the women there inappropriately. We had to take her home because she didn't feel safe. Also, they did not give her the medication she takes for high blood pressure while she was there. \r \r So while the help was good, I feel like were lied to us about just how safe the environment really is...not to mention them forgetting or not checking with her doctor about her high blood pressure medicine was a very serious oversight. more

DO NOT send your loved ones to this facility. They are medically negligent. They will not, in fact, keep you comfortable. The food has mold on it. The staff is not versed on the rules or procedures that exist in this facility. They have a HUGE turnover rate. DO NOT GO! more
