Eric did an excellent job serving us! He clearly explained various features and options as we looked at washers and dryers. He helped locate just what we wanted and was very attentive in keeping us informed about our order. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. The delivery fellows were great, too and the flower is a very nice touch!! more

Mary Ramert was wonderful. I drove up from Mpls. Looking for sofa tables and a rug. She spent several hours with me and was very patient and helpful. She made great suggestions and really knew what was in the store. Wrm and friendly and a true pleasure to work with. Delivery people were great too. more

Rick Bohlig is an excellent sales person. He is not pushy and is true to his word if there was a problem. The drivers that delivered our furniture from Morrel Transit were great. Very polite, friendly, and most important they were very careful not to bump my walls or get my carpet dirty. more

drove farther than either of the other reviewers (Maple Grove is not halfway to North Dakota, it's about 35 miles) and I was glad I did. Their appliance prices are good and the furniture selection is huge. Their furniture prices are no higher than any other store I've been to. I had a friendly and helpful salesperson. I've been to many stores where there is someone bugging me everytime I turn around and this was a much better experience. If you go to Becker wear comfortable shoes because the place is enormous. more

Impressed! 2/11/2010

Impressed with the selection in the store. Loved the in-store daycare so we could actually SHOP instead of run after kids. Cafe had very good food. Easy to set up delivery. Delivery truck arrived on time. Very nice delivery staff-polite, friendly, efficient. Noticed one chair was cracked-they took care of calling the store immediatly to notify them. The store then called within minutes to clarify problem and set up another delivery time for chair. Everything very easy and love the furniture!? more

Lots to look at!! 12/30/2009

A very big place to shop. THey have lots to look at. And if you make your way there on a weekend, there is a child care center that was nice to have, but, my advice, Hire a sitter, no-one likes to have childred at a big furniture store getting bored and running around and breaking things. Worth the trip 12/16/2009

Incredible Selection - Worth the Trip: The Becker Furniture World showroom is incredible. It is much bigger than any other in the Twin Cities and worth the trip. We went to find a bedroom set for our daughter and also found a group for our master bedroom that we fell in love with. The sales associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. The website is second to none. I give Becker my highest recommendation. Prices were great too. They guarantee the lowest in Minnesota. The store is on highway 10 and a little off the beaten path so be sure to go to their website use the Yahoo map or call for directions more

Big Becker Furniture 10/27/2005

Becker Furniture World is a huge furniture shopping experience. When I was looking for a new couch, I felt a bit overwhelmed. I think this is a good option for those of you that can handle all of the choices. Also, if you make it to Becker, save time for a cup of coffe or lunch at their restaurant on site. It is nice to have a place to sit and talk about a possible purchase! Also, there is internet access in the coffee shop! Go expecting big with lots of choices...you'll get it! more

Becker furniture world is just that. It is a huge world of furniture! The place is gigantic and they have a clearance place as well. They have coffee shops and places to rest, which sounds crazy, but they are necessary. If you don't know what you want, you will definitely get LOTS of ideas and options. It can be overwhelming and the customer service is so-so. It is a fun day trip as it is quite a drive from the southern suburbs anyway. more

Worth the drive 9/26/2005

Although it is a bit of a drive from Minneapolis, this furniture store makes it worth the trip. The building is so large that you practically need to take a break while shopping, but they do have a caf and deli right in the store. Their selection is huge and the sales staff is very helpful without being pushy. We ordered a sectional from them and it took a lot longer than they had estimated due to a manufacturer issue. They compensated us for the inconvenience and their delivery men were also very courteous. We will go back in the future. more
