Long story short. I took my truck to Bebos for a wash and oil change. I attempted to change my oil myself as usually do. Simple task, remove oil pan bolt, drain oil. Remove oil filter, replace with new one. Fill with fresh oil. Cons: Nearly ruined my truck, or cost me dearly more

I am a HUGE be in believer in customer service. I stay loyal to a business and will drop lots of money there if they treat me right and show me that they value my business. I WILL NEVER GIVE BEBO'S CARWASH OF MOBILE ALABAMA ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY AS LONG AS I LIVE. I went there today to have my car waxed and buffed to the tune of $100 (didn't bat an eye; I keep my car nice) but was treated so poorly and with such disrespect from everyone from the manager on duty to the attendents. Smart-alec and impatient, they really set me off. Don't ""reward"" a business like this with your hard earned money. Go some where where they value your business and treat you accourdingly, BEBO'S IN MOBILE, ALABAMA AT SPRINGDALE PLAZA could apparently careless. Boo-hiss. more
