I love this place! I have been going to this salon for years. I truly enjoy the welcoming feel I experience everytime I go in and every speaks. They communicate with you and make you feel at home. Very beautifully decorated and put together nicely. I love all the girls personalities. The owner is my favorite she has been taking care of the health of my nails for over two years. They are truly great. I feel relaxed after a long day at work or shopping at the mall. BeBe is the best! more

I have gone here all the time and they are always very courteous, know what they are doing, and great at what they do! I love them! more

I went into this place for ""solor nails"" being told by the nail tech that my nails would last 3 to 4 weeks with normal wear and tear. A mere 12 days and $48 dollars later, they have ALL come loose. I didn't even have to soak them to get them off. Cons: Misleading information given more

Having recently moved to Richmond from New York, I went to the Bebe Nails outside of the Short Pump Mall yesterday for a manicure & pedicure. My first surprise was the price, $33 is higher than I paid this summer at multiple NYC nail salons, where the going rate is $20-$25 for a manicure & pedicure. The nail polish color selection was also very limited. I should have trusted my gut instinct and left without getting my nails done. The manicure was ok, however the top coat left my nails dull with a slight gritty feeling; not that smooth, shiny finish I like. The pedicure was also ok, same issue with the top coat and the nail technician got multiple spots of polish on my flip-flops. The hand and foot massages were also not up to par since the technician wore rubber gloves the whole time, which just doesn't feel smooth during a massage. My biggest disappointment is that my manicure has already chipped! I am not hard on my nails and nothing I have done in the past 24 hours should have chipped a well done manicure.
