I have personally dealt with this company and its past superviory staff as well as the current. Pryor to 2007 this location had an Operation supervisor that cared for his customers, took the time to follow through with their issues even though the TM did nothing. Now their current staff is continuing with damaging my freight when I use them, drivers are rude and impolite, the supervisory staff at this location has not a CLUE about the transportation or LTL industry. Upper management does not care whether your freight is found just as long as they get their money Pros: Fair Rates Cons: Damage Freight, Late Deliveries, Service Failures, Lack of more
