I have to say I have worked with A LOT of different vendors/distributors and Steve, Denise and Kristi are 3 of the nicest ones ever! I love that we always get our orders the next day and they are very helpful if there is ever an error, which is rare. I wish we could just get ALL of our products from them! Poor customer service and do not stand behind their products 8/10/2007

MOP products are a low quality product, and Denise Shedrick, fails to tell you if you have products that don't move you only have three months to return any products, as well they fail to tell you their is a limited shelf life on these products, so basicly your left with a bunch of spoiled products, you can't sell. I would not recommend anyone ordering anything, or working with the Beaux Cheveux, LLC for any of your salon needs. Pros: More than willing to sell you product Cons: Less than willing to work with you on returns more
