DO NOT go to this store. \r \r I went to the store on a weeknight about 30 minutes before closing time. The employee who helped me had the worst attitude i have ever encountered. she was rude and snobby. I felt so uncomfortable and tried to combat her attitude with kindness and never once received a smile. I should have walked out of the store then and there. Not only were her customer service skills severely lacking, but so was her knowledge of hair products. \r \r This is the email I sent to the manager a week ago and I never received a response. Not only are the employees here negligent but it s quite apparent they inherited it from management. \r \r I purchased a pack of hair from your store on September 18th and was recommended to buy this product by one of your employees who vouched that this hair color matched mine. I kept telling her I didn t agree, yet she kept pressuring me she was right, which is why I bought this product as I am not an expert nor pretend to be, whereas I assumed she was a professional. If she isn t she has no business recommended hair products. When I went to my hair stylist a week later she said the color absolutely did not match my hair and putting it in would not look good. I went to your store today to attempt to return the product and I am unable to do so because its final sale. However I feel in this circumstance that this policy should be overturned as the product was recommended and assured to match by an employee who you are subsequently responsible for. I would hate to think that you do not stand by the quality of your employment and would not take responsibility for your employees lack of experience in this matter. Especially considering I spent $178 on the product in question. This was my first time visiting this store and came due to the to the praising comments and high ratings on Yelp and as a fellow Yelper, I took these assertions with faith and they have now apparently been proven to be false.\r \r I hope to resolve this at your earliest convenience. Please let me how to proceed as I do not live in the area and will not be able to get here until around 630 on a day I am able to do so pending my schedule.\r \r Thank you and feel free to give me a call. I have been going to Beauty Warehouse for many years as I like to take care of my hair and skin. I have bought everything from nail polish to shampoo and I have never had a problem. \r But today I did not get the help that I needed. I was sold a product that did not work and I requested to return or exchange it as I never used it, but they refused. My product is obviously still in the box along with the price tag...their price tag. And they were still not willing to work with me. All I wanted was the same product, but one that worked.\r Unfortunately, I will not be returning or buying anything else at this beauty warehouse. They lost my business!!! more

They carry entire line of Pureology and Enjoy products. (and all other lines) Absolutely love them! Great selection and good price. I found a lot of products that I didn't see at other beauty supplies. Amazing selection of extension hairs. They have individual extension hairs and hair on track. Great quality hair and great selection of colors. No need to drive to Beverly Hills to buy hair anymore. I love this store. Pros: Great selection, Good price, Good service Cons: Tough to make a left turn into the parking lot if you are driving north on PCH more
