Very poorly managed and inventory is always out of stock. Since they were out of stock of the Isis Trini ponytail I wanted, I put in a personal order which I was told by the manager Sam that it would arrive in under a week and I would receive a phone call from her upon arrival . Not only did she not call me, I had to call her more then 5 times to get a status update, a MONTH later I still do not have my product...it was excuse after excuse. Have since got my product from a different company and will NEVER go back to beauty supply warehouse. more

I've only been to Aurora, Colorado's Beauty Supply Warehouse maybe 3-4 times but each time I received excellent service and the selection is unbelievable! Unfortunately I did not pick up the names of anyone that worked there but everyone I've dealt with in there was super fast and helpful! I was disappointed last time I was there (or so I thought!) because they didn't have human hair #22 light ash blonde at that time. Well, I told the emplyees there what I was looking for and I received the most beautiful and light ash blonde looking shade of #613 hair! That took extra time and work and I sure appreciated it! I didn't realize all this until I was already out of the parking lot and later in the day. Thank you to the employees of Beauty Supply Warehouse in Aurora, Colorado! more
