Friendly environment, excellent service 8/25/2006

Beauty Secrets is great! I scheduled my first appointment for a color and haircut with Jacque about a year ago, and have been back every two months since. I even started bringing my mom along so Jacque could do her hair, which is not alwyas easy because my mom has Alzheimer's Disease. Jacque and Diana have created such a warm, friendly environment at Beauty Secrets, it's hard for me to imagine getting my hair or my mom's hair done anywhere else. more

Adorable log cabin hair salon! 4/8/2006

Diana and Jacque were extremely personable and their salon is quite charming! Diana did a very nice red/brown color on me this time and I was intersted in the products they have for sale and bought some! (Matrix) Convenient location in NW Houston should you not want to shlep down to Metro Houston and that is a major plus. All in all, I was very happy with the service and my haircolor. Give it a try! more

I've been looking for a good hairdresser for over a year now and finally my search is over. Jacque is great! I went in for my first time and I will definitely be back. I have very curly and hard to manage hair. I've searched high and low for someone who could cut and style it to my liking. Jacque spent time to discuss what I wanted and gave her input. My hair looks great! It was just cut yesterday...but, I've already received so many compliments in it! For a city as big as Houston, it's good to find a business that makes you feel like you're more than just a number. Jacque and Diana are both very nice and they make you feel at home. Their prices are very reasonable too. I recommend this to anyone looking for an excellent hair salon! Pros: Quality haircut, Inexpensive, Friendly staff more

Diana Knows Her Business At Beauty Secrets 9/4/2005

I went to Beauty Secrets after my friend had her hair cut there. I thought, what a COOL idea, a Salon in a LOG CABIN... My hair has always been very difficult to cut because I have all these cow licks that never want to lay right. Well, when Diana got through with me I knew she had tackled my problems. Sometimes it looks good after it is styled, and then you wash it, and you can't do anything with it..Not this time it is fabulous!! I love this Beauty Secrets. I am so happy with this place and my new look. I Highly Recommend this Salon. Pros: Great atmosphere, Good parking, Inexpensive more

The Best!!! 8/14/2005

I had been going to Beauty Secrets for years. We moved to Richmond and I tried a few salons here and they did not meet my expectations as Beauty Secrets have always done. I went back to Beauty Secrets even though it is quite a drive for me. They are the best for my highlights, haircuts, style and occasional perms. They are friendly and the atmosphere is outstanding. A Secret No Longer 8/1/2005

Entering Beauty Secrets Salon was refreshing. Everything spaciously arranged, clean and efficient. The ambiance is important but the main consideration is how well my hair cut, color, and finished look is. On my first visit I was completely happy with it all. Not only with the work done but with the feeling I got that my satisfaction was important to Diana. She truly cares to make you happy. Only after a few visits I felt like I had found new friends who treated me like family. I am a customer for life. more

Don't Go Anywhere Else! 5/27/2005

Jaque has been cutting my hair for over six years. When I met Jaque my hair was a mess and now it in the best shape it's every been. When Jaque had Jillian, Diana cut my hair it was great and just what Jaque had been doing. Jaque recommends products that only enhance/improves the healthiness of your hair but there's never any pressure to buy. You can also schedule a massage at Beauty Secrets, it's not just about hair! I needed one on very short notice one day and Jaque was able to get that for me. Pros: Great Stylist, Great Conversation more
