I have been going to this salon for years, and have always felt welcomed by the kind and courteous staff. Deborah the manger is so knowledgeable about all the products in the store and always seems to find another new product that I fall in love with. Candace, Helen and all the stylists are completely talented; they transform my lifeless hair into a beautiful work of art. more

Do not patron these salons!! Candace and Joanne, stylist and store manager, respectively were the most unprofessional, rude and incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. I had 1000.00 worth of human hair ponytails, completely ruined by Candace. Moreover, instead of trying to professionally resolve the issue, Candace and the store manager, Joanne behaved very unprofessionally, they were rude, they had the never to actually try to blamed me for have poor quality hair and never even offered an apology. I am seeking legal action against Beauty Express and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, as well. Stay Away, I hear they are having some financial woes, as well.. The staff at Beauty Express are friendly and professional. They will make you look your best for a fair price. My hairstylist is Helen and she will give you a great hair cut and color. I've bounced between different stylists in the past because I wasn't satisfied. Those days are over. The store also has different products and some great sales.
