I went to Sally's to buy a hair cap for frosting. I looked at a rubber purple one, mind you it was already an open bag, I took the cap out of the bag to see the shape of the cap to make sure it was going to fit my head. It was a perfect fit, so since I was going to purchase the cap, I did not fold the cap back how it was before I took it out of the bag. Before I could finish looking, I was verbally attacked by the supposedly ""assistant manger"" screaming!! verbally at me "" do you think someone is going to buy that product now that it is all bunched up!"", mind you I still had the product in my hand! I told the lady, I am a paying customer, and I was going to buy the item, but now since I have been so mistreated, I refuse to buy the product, and for that matter, I will not return to their location. The lady was so rude, when I asked for her named, I had to wait ten minutes before she would even remotely give me her name, which was Magnolia by the way. While I was waiting I asked the other girl that was on staff to give me her name, and she simply would not help me and was also rude. Apparently the store manager's name is Angela. If you happen to read this I have already called another location to ask what I should do about this. You have lost a very good customer, I and my friends shop at the store every week. I am very shocked in how I was treated, and you can bet I will let everyone know how I was treated, and on top of it, my friends and family will not return!! BEWARE OF THIS AWFUL LOCATION!!!
