This is my first review on this site, however I refer to the site for reviews and hold it in high regard. This ortho is unprofessional and you can find a better ortho elsewhere. I ended up here after a few prelim consults for invisalign braces. They were the most cost effective, which I learned the hard way, isn't always the best choice. I wish I would have paid more to get better service. I went for Invisalign they gave me Ortho-clear which I wasn't familiar with, but they assured me it was better and even more comfortable than Invisalign. What I really learned later is it was the generic form and cheaper for their office. The treatment plan was originally 10 months. It ended up being over 2 years. Ortho-clear was in a dispute with Invisalign over a patent infringement, which I only found out about after they had to switch my treatment plan to Invisalign before Ortho-Clear filed for bankruptcy. I had to completely start over; they were unsympathetic and unwilling to admit that they were aware of all of this when they chose my treatment plan. It took an additional 5 months to get my new treatment braces through Invisalign. They told me it could take up to 5 weeks. When the treatment was finally ""over"" my teeth were not perfect and they tried to pressure me to sign complete papers. I demanded further treatment, which they reluctantly agreed to thanks to my contract they had to. When the second treatment was complete. They told me to think about having the metal bar put on the back of my teeth and tried to talk me out of it. I agreed to think about it as I already technically had them included in my payment plan, so they were already paid for. I later decided to get the metal bar put on; long story short they acted as if they were doing me a huge favor and wanted to charge me $300 for a new retainer (which they mislead me about originally) Long story short - you can certainly find a better ortho somewhere else. Anywhere but here.
