Wonderful service and staff 4/17/2011

I truly love this place! I appreciate how friendly everyone is and that they know me by name. They offer a wide variety of services and the staff really knows their stuff. I always enjoy how they have free promotional events so you can learn new techniques, try products and get pampered! My only "gripe" is the cost of some services. A twelve dollar brow wax and forty two dollar pedicure are a bit steep. Other services are priced much more reasonably and competitively. more

I picked this place on whim. Lana was great, spent a while with me on color before doing the dye. Only thing I found odd was I paid extra in the end to have my hair styled which I never have before. Will be back. more

Coupon Doesn't Apply 3/10/2011

I went to Beautiful People because they sent me an email that included a cut and a full foil, but i had to pay $100 for the foil??? I wish the coupon was a little bit more specific, i was dissapointed that when it came to pay, i was charged that kind of money. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to Cromwell..I was dissapointed. more

BP is a full service salon that offers everything you could want. The best advantage of the salon is that they will make every effort to accommodate your request for service when you need to have it done, even if it is for that same day. If your stylist is unable to take care of you at your desired time/day, there is another of equal skill and knowledge who can fill in. Their line of products is extensive and the staff is friendly, attentive and professional. While their services are expensive, I feel that it is worth it. more

My husband gave me a surprise gift certificate to BP, after a particularly stressful time in my life. I made an appointment for a massage with Laurie, and was a little concerned when I arrived, because she was running a little late. I have to say, it was totally worth the short wait, and she gave me one of the best massages I have ever had! BP Salon was having a sale and I picked up some cute eyeshadows to try. A great deal! I will definitely be back again! more

I have been a client for 17 years and always enjoy my experience at the salon. Louise is not only a fabulous hairdresser but a wonderful person as well. She and her staff are friendly, caring and helpful and I always leave there feeling good. Please let Louise know that I love this last haircut :) more
